Terms & Conditions of Fencing Hire
All Hire Equipment and Accessories are the property of Fence U Rent and shall remain the property of Fence U Rent.
During a contract period a fence cannot be moved to another location.
The Equipment is hired on an Initial Hire Period, then Extended hire periods until off hired.
If your hire exceeds the Initial hire period, then the Client will be invoiced monthly in advance, for the extended hire period, at a rate of $2.00 +GST per metre/per month with a minimum charge of $80+GST.
Should Equipment be ready for collection before the expiry of the initial hire period or any extended hire period, the equipment can be picked up but there will be no refunds.
When temporary fence panels and accessories are delivered on site the hirer is to sign the delivery docket. This docket is proof of goods delivered, installed on site. If hirer is not on site when goods are delivered the docket will be taken as proof of quantity and delivery of goods. Fence U Rent shall take no responsibility if any discrepancy arises on goods delivered.
The customer is responsible for damage, loss or theft of temporary fence panels and accessories. Costs include but are not limited to $120 per panel, $25 per concrete foot, $35 per stay/brace, $8 per star picket, $6 per clamp all plus GST.
If you have taken the 15% damage waiver, it covers damage only, to Fence U Rent equipment delivered and/or installed on the site up to the value of $500. (It does not cover theft)
The Fence U Rent signs on temporary fence panels form part of the hire agreement & must stay on at all times.
